Statement
Our Commitment
Covalent Bond LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to our website.
We believe that all people — regardless of ability — deserve equal access to our services, investment opportunities, and information about premium real estate in Georgia.
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. There are three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to address these gaps.
Accessibility Features
This website includes a built-in accessibility widget (the person icon at the bottom-right of every page) that allows you to:
- Adjust text size — increase or decrease font size in five steps (85% to 145%)
- High contrast mode — increase visual contrast for improved readability
- Grayscale mode — remove colour for users with colour-vision deficiencies
- Underline all links — make hyperlinks easier to identify
- Readable font — switch from display typefaces to a plain sans-serif font
- Pause animations — stop all motion effects and transitions
- Focus outlines — display prominent gold outlines for keyboard navigation
Your preferences are saved in your browser and restored on your next visit. All settings can be reset at any time from the widget panel.
Technical Measures
Covalent Bond LLC applies the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Semantic HTML5 landmark elements (
nav, main, footer, section) - ARIA labels on interactive elements, icons, and navigation
- Descriptive
alttext on all meaningful images - Skip-to-content link at the top of every page (visible on keyboard focus)
- Logical heading hierarchy (H1 → H2 → H3) on all pages
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios for body text (minimum 4.5:1)
- Keyboard-navigable forms with visible focus indicators
- No content that flashes more than three times per second
- Responsive design supporting text resize up to 200% without horizontal scrolling
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements. Known limitations include:
- Gallery images — some project gallery images use generic alt text; we are adding descriptive alternatives
- PDF documents — any downloadable PDFs have not yet been fully tested with screen readers
- Video content — embedded video players may not have complete captions or audio descriptions
- Third-party widgets — the WhatsApp chat button is provided by a third-party service and may have accessibility limitations outside our control
We are working to resolve these issues progressively. If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please contact us.

This website has been designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
