Our platform covers the entire investment lifecycle: market research, unit selection, legal coordination, interior finishing, tenant management, monthly reporting, and exit strategy. Hasan Shhade is the founder and principal advisor of Covalent Bond LLC. Based in Haifa, Israel, he built Covalent Bond from the ground up — identifying Georgia's real estate market as one of the highest-opportunity, lowest-competition markets accessible to international private investors.
